Is the Sharp Edge Tester Model SET-50™ calibrated?
Yes, the tool is calibrated when it leaves our facility.
Does Technical Engineering Service Corporation service the tool?
If the tool requires service within one year of the original purchase date, we will service it at no cost to you, except for the round-trip shipping costs from your company to our facility, which you would be responsible for. If the tool requires service after one year from the date of purchase, we can service it, at cost to you, including round-trip shipping which is your responsibility.
How soon can I receive my order?
Once we receive confirmation of your order with payment, we will ship the tool within 3-5 business days.
Does the Sharp Edge Tester Model SET-50™ come with a warranty?
The Sharp Edge Tester Model SET-50™ has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. The Tester is factory sealed. Tampering with the tool voids the warranty.
Can I get my tool calibrated?
Yes, you can take the User's Manual that accompanied your Sharp Edge Tester and bring it to a local calibration house. The User's Manual contains calibration instructions.
Do you offer distributor opportunities?
Yes, we frequently work with distributors around the world. If you would like to set up a distributorship for the Sharp Edge Tester, please contact us at tesinfo@aol.com or (732) 901-7116. Specific criteria for setting up a distributorship include that there is currently not an existing distributorship in the country or location where you wish to sell these tools, and that you commit to selling a minimum quantity annually in order to receive a discount.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
We ship exclusively through Federal Express. Once you have selected the quantities you would like to order, you will be able to select the FedEx delivery method (e.g., overnight, ground, etc.) during the checkout process. The selected shipping method and corresponding cost will be automatically filled in on the order form. All orders are subject to a mandatory handling fee which covers our administrative costs to process paperwork, including international documents, when applicable; perform quality assurance checks; and picking, packing, and delivery to the Fedex facility. Please note for International orders all duties and taxes are to be paid by the Customer.

Note: we recommend that you go through the ordering process to calculate the amount of shipping you will need to pay and also be sure to add on the handling fee ($20 domestically or $25 outside of the Continental U.S.).
Can I send a Purchase Order and pay for the tool after I receive it?
No. We require payment in full in advance before we can ship your order.
How do I pay via PayPal?
1. Go to www.paypal.com
2. Click on the “Send Money” option and in the drop down box choose “Send Money Online.”
3. Enter in our email address: tesinfo@aol.com and your email address.
4. Enter in the total dollar amount of your order.
5. Click “continue.”
6. Note: if you do not have a Paypal.com account, you may be asked to create one. You can do so at no charge.
7. Under “Payment Method” you can click “change” and choose from the following options:
